Each year, organisations around the world go through the ritual of performance appraisal. For many it is the company’s main event in terms of performance management - the time when most, if not all, feedback and guidance to employees is given. And that’s it, until next year.
While business leaders generally have a clear idea of what they want annual performance reviews to achieve, how well they reach these goals is at best unclear.
In this webinar Josh Bersin, President & CEO of Bersin & Associates, discusses why organisations are changing how they approach performance appraisals, and how learning and development will play a crucial part in this change.
Q&A session will be moderated by Donald Taylor from the Learning and Skills Group.
